A proven method is heat and candle wax. Use a small propane torch to heat the screw until it is hot enough to melt candle wax. Place a candle on the bolt so that the screw to liquefy some of the wax. The heat, the liquid wax to pull the threads of the bolt. Wait until the screw down a bit, then with a wrench to loosen it. Before using this method to make sure there are no flammable materials nearby, or anything that may be damaged by heat.
